13 Stage Reverse Osmosis Process
Step 1 - AG PreFiltration - Removes particulate matter down to 20 microns.
Step 2/3 - Maxi-Cure - An activated carbon filter that removes chlorine, chloramine, solvents, lead, insecticides and gasses, and other harmful contaminants. Works as a water softener without the use of salt by drawing hardness particles together and crystallizing them. Includes an automatic back-washing system.
Step 4/5 Micron Pre-filter-Removes particles, sediment, and algae. Step 5 - Reverse-Osmosis Pump - High pressure, stainless steel pump to boost water pressure to 200lbs. for maximum efficiency.
Step 6 - Reverse-Osmosis Membrane - Water is forced through semipermeable, .0002 micron membrane, allowing only pure water molecules to pass.
Step 7 - Storage - Water is stored in FDA approved tanks. Ozone is added to water storage tanks to prevent any bacteria growth.
Step 8 - Re-pressurized System - A 20 G.P.M. computerized pressure pump assures a constant water supply from storage tanks to post-carbon filter, ultraviolet sterilizer, and faucets.
Step 9 - Pre-pressurized Tank - This 33-gallon re-pressurized tank assures a constant water supply to a high-pressure pump, allowing uninterrupted operation, and a low TDS reading.
Step 10 - Post-carbon Filtration - Water travels through 1 cubic foot Post Carbon Filter with automatic backwash, polishing it for an exceptionally smooth taste.
Step 11 - Analog Water Meter - Measures water usage.
Step 12 - Ultraviolet Sterilizer - 30 G.P.M. stainless steel sterilizer eliminates up To 99.9% of all bacteria.
Step 13 - Ozone Sterilization - Ozone is added to water for disinfection, oxidizing; Killing all viruses and bacteria in the water. "Ozone" is a chemically active form of oxygen.
